I WILL BLESS YOU.

After the fishing season was over , I got a job as a foreman in one of the freezing houses in Westmann Islands. My responsibility was sampling and sorting the fish. At the same time, I worked as an interpreter and translator for the missionary, Rev. Glenn Hunt in Betel church, for a year. Glenn became my friend and a spiritual father. Glenn got a vision for a summer camp at Knarrarnesi, close to Keflavik and the NATO base.  Glenn asked me if I had a desire to go to Bible College in America.  I thought that was a good idea. One time Glenn was invited to a fellowship meeting, where all the Christian men on the base, would eat together and have a Gospel meeting afterwards. I got a permission to go to the meeting . Glenn played the piano and led the singing. The Chaplin on the base was an Assembly of God minister.  I sat on the first bench in front of the pulpit. We all sang and the minister brought the Word og God. After the message the minister spoke in tongues.  It was the first  time I had heard someone speak in tongues and it was a beautiful language.  I had my eyes closed. Suddenly I saw  in  in my mind, where I was in a dark small room. Someone was knocking on the door and I was trying to find the doorknob to open the door. When I touched the doo knob, the door flew open and a bright light shone into my room. I saw cobwebs all around me and the room was filthy. The minister brought the interpretation, " Come closer to me , come closer to me and I will bless thee and bless thee." I felt the message was for me and still with my eyes closed, I said in my heart if this is for me then let three people put their hand on my shoulder and Iwill serve  you all my life. A few seconds later the minisiter of the base, leaned over the pulpit and laid his hand on my shoulder. A christian brother behind me, placed his hand on my sholder. A Baptist brother came to me after the service and laid his hand on my shoulder.  I said to the Lord Jesus ,that I would serve Him all my life ,as He would lead me.
